Entrepreneurship, entrepreneur are words that were rarely used 20 years ago. They have become buzzwords lately. Go to a networking event and you will find a large number of (mostly wanna-be) "entrepreneurs" talking about entrepreneurship, and, of course, "disruption". But what really is an entrepreneur? The dictionary says, an entrepreneur is a person who organizes and manages any enterprise, especially a business, usually with considerable initiative and risk. Here we talk about what is needed to become a successful one. We also talk to entrepreneurs and listen to their stories. And, most of all, try to learn from the lessons they've learned along the way. To work on developing a successful business, the entrepreneurs have to work on themselves first. We talk about that, too.
